If near Texas, head to Corpus Christi or Padre Island, as those are the only decent beaches in Texas. The West Coast has nice beaches but even as far south as Los Angeles the water can still be cold that time of year.</p>
<p>Spring Break can offer some great snowboarding opportunities. One advantage of going during Spring Break is that it is not nearly as cold as if you went earlier in the year. Some places, like New Mexico, will actually get warm down in the city itself. Of course Colorado is a great place to go. In California try Mammoth or even Tahoe. While the slopes aren&#8217;t as big, on the East coast the Appalachians have some fun slopes.</p>
<p>Of course you can always go to city like Vegas, New York or somewhere else equally as cool. So yeah, maybe you aren&#8217;t going to Europe this year, but there are plenty more places that you can go. It is what you make of it.</p>
