How to Let Go And Experience Inner Peace

You’ll be using this object to reinforce your inner vision.
Take a few moments studying this object. Try to look at all the various shapes. The various colors. The various textures. How the sunshine falls on the object. Whether you will notice any shadows. The different patterns. Try to take in all of the little nuances in the object in front of you.
Then when it feels like you have studied the object in front of you enough, gently shut your eyes and form a picture of what that object looks like inside your mind’s eye. Start with something you immediately notice about this object and then include the different layers to the object, forming a clearer and clearer picture.
For example, if you’re drawn to a tree, you can begin to take a look at the trunk on the tree in your mind’s eye. Then the leaves. The branches. The little nuances around the trunk. The shadows around the ground. The color in the leaves. The roots alongside the earth. Intend to visualize as strongly as you can the object from wilderness in your mind’s eye.
Living inside nature allows you to get a sense of inner peace and also to discover your genuine self in nature.
