Also try your best to keep your skin protected from cold, wind and sun. You will not feel the sun rays reflected by snow and because of this, the rays become more harmful and stronger. Before going out to the snow fields, make sure to apply sun protection cream on your skin so that you stay protected from sun and also wind and cold.

If your body is in good physical shape, you will be less prone to get injured. For this, you can follow a strict fitness routine and do not forget to exercise regularly. By this, you will be able to keep your body flexible which is very necessary while skiing or snowboarding.

While skiing or snowboarding, it is also very important to give full protection to yourself. Make sure that you have worn all the protection gear including helmet to prevent any head injuries, boots for protecting your ankles and feet, elbow guards for the elbows, knee pads for knees and padded jacket and pants for rest parts of the body.
